I bought 2 mugs, Daddy maga and bon 250th Very nice ! Very good quality. The only thing, I didn't check the Daddy's size, smaller than the 250th This is not a complaint for sure! My mistake. Shipping was slow coming from California. It finally shipped across the 4th of July holiday. The items came in great shape packaged well. It was just as I expected. Will consider lower prices/options before buying again though.
Be truthful. Cancel the order when requested to cancel as it had NOT SHIPPED. YOU STATED IT HAD. I did not order two. This has all been gone over. You did not attempt to satisfy my request at all..instead blamed me for the issue when it was clearly a company error. I won't order again. Ever. My friends on Facebook & other social media areas are are aware not to order from you.

Be honest don't lie about making offers that were not made & can be proven never made by messages , work with orders that are clearly wrong. Answer emails sent to you TWO days before shipping, then you answer after the order shipped . Bad practice. Rated you at bottom. Place fraud alert for your company on Facebook warning others that you will not cancel orders before shipping. Then require you , the customer to return it with shipping back at customer cost. Claiming 20 percent offered as refund instead of full amount. Messages back & forth from company & customer prove this is a false claim! Not to be trusted, not to be purchased from.
