Refund policy

We stand behind every order — if something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

At BNN (Baby News Network), all products are made-to-order through our production partner. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is an issue with your order.


No Returns or Exchanges

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect sizing
  • Change of mind
  • Ordering the wrong item
  • Buyer’s remorse

Please double-check your order details (size, color, shipping address) before placing your order.


Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items

If your item arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Misprinted
  • Or you did not receive your order

We will gladly replace or refund the item at no cost to you.

To submit a claim, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • A brief description

Lost Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it:

  • Please check with neighbors or your local carrier first
  • If still missing, contact us and we will help resolve it

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
